He paid for all clean up work to get the estate marketed correctly, he paid for some repairs out of pocket, and he had a crew here repainting the interior of the home as he said it would help show the property. After we closed on my families estate, we needed a place to move the funds and he connected us with a Wealth Management firm that is now managing our money with next to no effort from us.
